• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and local roster management of volunteers across service lines.
• Contribute to workforce planning by identifying local operational needs, volunteer gaps, and internal promotion opportunities.
• Implement and lead volunteer connection strategies through regular communication, activities, and informal recognition.
• Supervise volunteers deployed for PDA and ESS services, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure readiness and compliance with service protocols.
• Support volunteer experience, engagement health and retention.
