Key Responsibilities:
• Lead drill and blast team in project delivery
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies
• Develop strategic monthly and quarterly drill plans
• Liaise with mine operations for practical design implementation
• Design void collapse blasting strategies for underground workings
