**Job Description Summary**
The Sr Director – Subscription AI will lead the strategy and execution of data-driven decision making, intelligent automation, and business performance optimization across the global subscription portfolio. This role serves as the end-to-end owner of analytics, AI solutions, and workflow automation supporting the full subscription lifecycle — including onboarding, usage insights, renewals, retention, lifecycle value optimization, and forecasting.
Software Subscription digital transformation is one of the key priorities for the company and as a key member of the program team, this role will drive digital thread integration across software subscriptions, deliver advanced AI and analytics solutions, and support pre-sales demos and pilots to showcase data-enabled capabilities to business partners and customers.
