Senior Director, Inbound Marketing & Operations

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Inbound Marketing & Operations to step into one of the most strategic leadership roles in our marketing org. Marketing is accountable for a significant amount of Clio’s revenue, and this role sits at the center of how that engine runs and scales. We’ve grown to $400M+ ARR and require a leader who has operated at comparable scale — someone who knows what it takes to build the systems, the team, and the strategic rigor that keeps a growth engine accelerating at this level.
