Budget Team Overview The Budget Team leads the development and coordination of the university’s consolidated annual budget, supporting both core operations and long-term strategic planning. Reporting to the Provost and Vice-President Academic, and working closely with the Vice-President, Finance and Administration, the team provides financial planning, analysis, monitoring, and forecasting services to academic and administrative units across the university.
