Job Description
Purpose
The Senior Digital Product Manager, Digital Experience reports to the Director, Digital Product Management and is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end digital experiences that translate customer needs and business goals through continuous discovery, experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Strategic Leadership – create the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities, collaborate with senior leaders to set quarterly objectives and guide the product team to achieve them.
- Guest Focus – engage regularly with guests, championing their voice and ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development decisions.
- Digital Platform Performance – accountable for conversion rate, average order value and purchase completion metrics.
