Senior Designer - Apparel Innovation (Vancouver)

What You'll Do

• Create breakthrough products across performance, gender‑fluid, knits, wovens, tops, and bottoms while staying true to lululemon ethos.
• Attend fit sessions with obsessive attention to detail, leading the design process from concept to final product to ensure excellence in performance, function, and aesthetics.
• Partner with Research, Concept Creation, Raw Materials, and Product Innovation teams to ideate, refine, and evolve design concepts, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Oversee the design process through wear‑testing, validation, and material development, ensuring each idea is rigorously tested and refined to meet lululemon’s high standards.
• Prepare compelling presentations that communicate the innovation behind your designs—crafting narratives, toolboxes, and frameworks for key stakeholders.
