Senior Demand Planner

Who You'll Work WithYou'll be working alongside other Planners within Arista's Demand Planning team.Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with members of Arista's Marketing, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams.Communication and organization will be critical for success in this role.What You'll Do- Own the demand signal for multiple product groups; responsible for analysis, maintenance, and commitment of an accurate rolling 24-month plan - Maintain the unconstrained demand plan utilizing statistical forecast methods and market intelligence, informing supply to guide manufacturing partners and internal teams on build priorities - Define behaviors of product groupings (demand segmentation strategy) seasonal, trend, cyclical, random - Provide analysis and suggestions for optimization of constrained component supply - Challenge, assess, and maintain justifications for increases and decreases in forecast.Actively communicate forecast changes and trends to suppl...
