You will report to the Sales and Operations Planning Manager, responsible for developing a robust demand plan while coaching junior demand planners. This hands-on role suits a proactive professional adept at navigating complex forecast challenges and delivering insightful data analyses for strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the demand planning function and KPI reporting
• Lead the rolling demand forecast at the SKU level
• Support S&OP facilitation and execution when needed
