Responsibilities

Develop and implement the retail network strategy for the German market in alignment with HQ strategic planning and budget

Lead commercial negotiations with dealer groups and drive dealer network expansion across the territory to achieve business objectives for both the brand and retail partners

Manage the end-to-end dealer development process, including identifying potential dealer groups, evaluating and qualifying partners, negotiating agreements, and supporting store opening

Lead the establishment and activation of retail locations and ensure compliance with our retail VI/SI standards
