Senior Customer Success Architect – Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers.
- Be comfortable with Amplitude data architecture, instrumentation methods, taxonomy design, and AI agent workflows; unlock use cases and guide internal and partner delivery teams.
- Have mastery of Amplitude products and AI agent workflows to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
- Embed AI in day‑to‑day workflow to improve efficiency and customer outcomes; experiment, iterate, and share best practices.
- Be an expert in the Digital Optimization System to guide customers as they integrate Amplitude into additional workflows and business processes, making Amplitude an integral business partner.
