Where You’ll Make a Difference- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for complex B2B customer orders (domestic and export)
- Handle export operations with a focus on maritime logistics, including booking coordination and shipment follow‑up
- Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and invoicing activities in SAP (Sales and Distribution module)
- Monitor order fulfillment and proactively coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipping lines
- Manage documentation requirements aligned with international trade standards and Incoterms
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, and customer claims
