Senior CSM - Enterprise LATAM (Bilingual) Driving Value

Dynatrace LLC is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in Mexico City to manage the post-sales relationships for enterprise customers across Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will drive customer adoption, retention, and growth through strategic success plans and lead business reviews to ensure a consistent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be bilingual in Spanish and English. You will collaborate with internal teams, act as a trusted advisor, and manage stakeholder maps across various departments.
