Senior Credit & Collections Lead - Mexico

Kids II Inc. is seeking a Sr. Credit Specialist based in Ciudad de México. This role involves managing customer accounts to prevent delinquency and ensuring compliance with Mexico's billing regulations. You'll process customer claims and maintain documentation while achieving company delinquency targets.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of relevant experience, is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This position is hybrid, working from the Santa Fe office Tuesday to Thursday.
