Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on Canadian employment law and workplace policies
• Strategically manage employee relations and disciplinary actions
• Provide counsel on litigation risks with legal teams
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations legal aspects
• Review and draft employment agreements as necessary
