Senior Corporate Recruiter (Xico)

Hybrid role based in Mexico City (2-3 days/week).

No potential for remote.

• Design and execute strategic recruiting initiatives to support hiring in a newly established location for the company.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units and levels, ensuring alignment with staffing goals and timelines.
• Develop and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure job requirements are clearly defined and candidates are evaluated against appropriate criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to optimize the effectiveness and consistency of the recruiting process.
