About the Role
Our client, a well‑established and highly regarded Vancouver law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their busy Business Law practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and motivated professional to work on a variety of corporate matters within a collaborative and team‑oriented environment. The successful candidate will bring strong technical corporate experience and enjoy working on complex transactions while managing a high volume of files.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents for complex corporate transactions
- Handle corporate governance matters for corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Prepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amalgamations, name changes, share transactions, and director/officer changes
