You will build and strengthen our compliance framework as we mature into a larger, more visible organization. This role will proactively identify risk, design scalable compliance programs, and ensure we are prepared for regulatory scrutiny across jurisdictions.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, HR, Finance, Operations, and external counsel to embed compliance discipline across the business.
