Overview
Senior Controller (AI-First Finance) — Remote | Mexico or Colombia | Full-Time. Reports to: CFO / Founder.
The OpportunityWe are not a traditional accounting firm. We are pivoting to an AI-first finance model, and we need a Senior Controller who is as passionate about automation and technology as they are about GAAP compliance and fiscal accuracy.
As we scale, you will be the architectural lead for our financial operations. You will move beyond traditional reporting into real-time data integrity, leveraging AI to eliminate manual bottlenecks and drive strategic insights. We are looking for a high-energy leader who sees AI as an opportunity to elevate the finance function, not just a tool for efficiency.
What You Will Own- Full-Cycle Financial Oversight: Direct responsibility for the accuracy of the General Ledger, month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting.
