Senior Contracts Officer

We are looking for a Contracts Officer to be responsible for contracting for complex goods and services on behalf of CNL, ensuring fair value for money and meeting the requirements of clients, jurisdictional authorities, and company policies and procedures in a timely and cost‑effective manner. Do you have experience assisting in the development and negotiation of moderately complex contracts and commitments? Are you a self‑starter who has managed engagements and has experience (i) working with stakeholders; (ii) managing suppliers, (iii) designing and implementing sourcing processes, including drafting and managing RFPs, (iv) negotiating agreements and resolving issues that occur, and (v) is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use?
