General Purpose: At the University of Guelph, HR seeks a Senior Consultant, Learning & Organizational Development to build capability, strengthen leadership, and enable meaningful organizational change across our diverse campus community.
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders, teams, and HR to design and deliver innovative learning solutions that advance strategic priorities and nurture a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives; enhance leadership and professional development; strengthen employee engagement, well‑being, and inclusion.
Collaborate with faculties, departments, and campus partners to identify learning and development needs and opportunities.
Design, facilitate, and evaluate high‑impact learning programs for staff and faculty.
