Optimize client processes as a Senior Dayforce WFM Consultant. This remote role across Canada involves hands-on implementation and training.
As a Senior Consultant, you will engage with both clients and internal teams throughout the implementation life cycle. You'll validate and document functional requirements, configure the Dayforce system, and manage ongoing client relationships. Your expertise will help ensure client readiness and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide trusted advisory support in implementations • Lead all implementation phases including Go-live • Collect and validate functional requirements • Configure Dayforce to align with business needs • Conduct training sessions for client staff
