Lead complex federal government consulting engagements, supporting requirements analysis, solution definition, estimation, and delivery planning. Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear, practical GIS solution approaches that align with delivery constraints and client objectives. Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with technical leads and delivery teams. Develop and review consulting deliverables, including requirements documentation, solution designs, and implementation recommendations.
