Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Assortment Planning, the Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning will support all banners at CTC by providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive assortment strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on category strategies and operational guardrails.
What you’ll doThe Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning will be responsible for:
· Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on customer, market and business performance data. Working in collaboration with the banner merchandise planning functions and merchants.
· Framework Support: Assisting in refreshing the role and intent category management framework.
· Category Guardrails: Supporting the definition and validation of assortment guardrails (dimension, direction & ranges) based on research & insights from the Customer Strategy team....
