Become a key leader in compliance at Ledcor as a Senior Compliance Specialist in Vancouver, BC. Provide expert guidance and operational leadership for corporate compliance functions.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Business Improvement, you will lead compliance strategies that align with enterprise risk management. With over eight years in progressive compliance roles, you will manage frameworks and governance while facilitating compliance culture across the organization. This is a hybrid role requiring presence both remotely and in-office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive compliance objectives with collaboration from the Enterprise Risk Committee
• Develop compliance frameworks aligned with company standards
• Report regularly on compliance status and issues
• Establish a support model for compliance escalation pathways
• Monitor regulatory changes to drive an effective compliance culture
