You Will Do
- Act as the primary on‑site technical interface for in‑service Communications System support between Babcock, the customer, and maintenance facilities.
- Assess and communicate the impact of defects, engineering changes, and configuration issues on deployed ECS equipment and racks.
- Track and maintain ECS configuration status to preserve in‑service baselines.
- Coordinate configuration changes across engineering, program, production, maintenance facilities, and customer teams.
