Senior commercial counsel (remote)

At OMRON, we are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Sr. Legal Counsel to support our operations in Mexico and across the region.
This role is a key partner to the business, ensuring legal alignment in commercial strategies, managing risks, and supporting high-impact decisions.

What you will do:
Provide legal guidance to ensure alignment with business and commercial strategies
Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations and transactions
Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR

What we are looking for:
~ Law degree with valid license to practice
~8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles (in-house or law firm)
~ Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations
~ Bilingual English & Spanish
