Responsibilities (English)
- Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery
- Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports
- Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions
- Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams
What we're looking for (English)
- Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk
- Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python
