Join our team as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, focusing on outpatient care from Monday to Friday with limited Saturday hours. Your role will significantly influence patient education and medication management in the healthcare setting.
As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide essential pharmaceutical care, working closely with patients and health professionals. This role requires a Pharmacy degree and a VALID AHPC with two years of experience. You'll counsel on medication use, identify issues, and ensure accurate medication distribution, contributing to the improvement of pharmacy services.
