Senior Civil, Structural, Architectural Estimator
Job Description
Stantec is seeking a Civil, Structural, Architectural Estimator within our Program Management group with a background in a wide range of sectors including transit, healthcare and nuclear.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of costing large infrastructure and buildings projects.
Responsible for the preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and bill of materials.
Responsible for the preparation and review of all classes of estimates of probable costs at each design milestone on projects across North America.
Mentor, provide guidance and manage junior and intermediate estimating staff.
Assess merit and cost for project changes and claims and support negotiations.
Lead and co‑coordinate efforts and compile information from other estimating disciplines.
Provide innovative solutions to estimating issues and problems.
