Senior Civil Designer, Mining – Independent Contractor
Location: St. Johns, NL; Brampton, Sudbury; or North Bay, ON

What You’ll Do
- Prepare civil earthwork engineering drawings and Civil 3D models based on engineering data for dams, water retention structures, tailings storage facilities, waste rock storage facilities, site earthwork planning, site grading, drainage, access roads, stormwater management plans, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project integration.
- Conduct periodic site visits for field checks as required.
- Assist the Civil engineering team and provide technical support to the project team.
- Prepare civil material take‑offs and perform volumetric calculations.
