Job Description
Drive impactful change initiatives as a Senior Change Specialist for the City of Hamilton. This role is vital in enhancing public service and implementing transformation strategies.
You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management and will be responsible for executing the city’s change management strategy. Your leadership will facilitate organizational readiness for new systems and processes, ensuring the successful adoption of service improvements throughout the community.
