At Prosci LATAM, we are looking for a profile with strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects, supporting clients intechnological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes.
You will serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior profiles in the execution of key projects.What you will doLead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions.Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment).
