Job Description

Our utility client is seeking a Senior Buyer to assist with procurement activities for IT Service contracts and corporate services, including other field-related service categories

Calgary-based office. Candidates will be hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Buyer with a focus on IT Service Contracts and corporate services categories
  • Experience managing buying and contracts including RFx and vendor negotiations
  • Proficiency in SAP for purchase order processing and vendor management
  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Ariba
  • Professional supply chain or procurement designation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
