Role Overview

Babcock is an international defence company that supports and supplies products to protect national and critical assets. This role focuses on repair and overhaul procurement for Marine Repair and Overhaul teams, ensuring schedules, quality and cost controls align with customer and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Repair and Overhaul Team and manage staff to ensure the success of the team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and processes for Marine Repair and Overhaul and supply chain functions.
• Manage repair and overhaul activities from selection notice through to delivery to OEMs and repair facilities in line with customer and EDWP schedules.
• Utilize analytical tools to measure, report, and manage functional performance, risks and quality.
