What You'll Do Own and deliver the long‑term vision for our own‑brand portfolio Identify opportunities for growth through market insight and trends Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to phase‑out Drive new product development (NPD) from idea to launch, including formulation, packaging, and costing Source, onboard, and manage third‑party manufacturers and suppliers Lead supplier negotiations to improve cost, margin, and service Build strong, collaborative supplier partnerships with clear performance management Own sales, margin, and profitability targets across the portfolio Develop robust business cases for new products and portfolio changes Monitor performance KPIs and take corrective action where needed Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Operations to deliver r...
