Senior Buyer – Oil & Gas (Upstream & Offshore Operations)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Buyer - Oil & Gas (Upstream & Offshore Operations) to join a leading international energy company supporting upstream and offshore operations in Mexico.This position is ideal for procurement professionals with solid experience managing purchasing activities within the Oil & Gas sector, supporting drilling, production, maintenance, construction, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services supporting offshore and onshore operations.Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, and supplier selection.Issue and administer Purchase Orders (POs) in compliance with company procurement policies.Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Logistics, Maintenance, and Project teams to ensure material availability.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers.Support sourcing initiatives focused on cost o...
