Senior Buyer – Oil & Gas (Upstream & Offshore Operations)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Buyer - Oil & Gas (Upstream & Offshore Operations) to join a leading international energy company supporting upstream and offshore operations in Mexico.

This position is ideal for procurement professionals with solid experience managing purchasing activities within the Oil & Gas sector , supporting drilling, production, maintenance, construction, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services supporting offshore and onshore operations.
• Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Issue and administer Purchase Orders (POs) in compliance with company procurement policies.
