EMEA Recruitment is recruiting for a Procurement Manager - HR Services on behalf of a global firm. Based in Zurich, this role is designed for a high-performing consultant who excels at driving procurement transformation within the HR and Human Capital landscape.

In this position, you will serve as a dedicated strategic advisor to senior stakeholders in HR, Legal, and Finance.

You will lead high-impact sourcing initiatives with a specific focus on MSP (Managed Service Providers) and broader HR Services, including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and HR.

You will also translate complex business requirements into commercially robust strategies that deliver measurable value.
