Business Development Representative (Outbound + Nurture)
ContentClicks is a compliance-first growth partner for regulated brands (healthcare, dental, aesthetic medicine, insurance). Our buyers are high-trust, high-standards, and time-poor. That means this is not a “mass blast” role. We run a precise outbound system and we protect founder time with strict qualification.
If you are the type of BDR who wins through targeting, messaging, discipline, and clean CRM execution, you will do very well here. If you rely on spam, shortcuts, or inflated activity numbers, do not apply—we will identify it quickly.
What you’ll do
- Cold email (primary channel): run outbound campaigns end-to-end—targeting, sequencing, reply handling, objection follow-up, and booking meetings that actually show up.
