Senior Business Delivery Manager to join a high-performing Contract Development & Manufacturing Operations (CDMO) team dedicated to business excellence, process management, digital innovation, and data analytics. The team ensures external manufacturing partners meet production targets on time, within budget, and in full compliance with cGMP quality standards to support global patient supply. The ideal candidate combines project management, continuous improvement, and data analytics with the ability to design and implement robust, harmonized business processes at scale in a complex, matrixed environment. An agile mindset and the ability to influence a broad network of internal and external stakeholders without direct authority are required.
