Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions Document current and future state processes, gaps, and solution options Support solution design, integrations, testing, and change activities Contribute to procurement (RFPs), vendor evaluation, and delivery planning Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices Qualifications
