Senior Business Analyst (IT)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of PMO and Business Analysis, the Business Analyst will deliver high‑quality technology and operational solutions across the organization, bridging business needs and IT delivery to support operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, and process flows.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Document current and target operating models using process‑modeling tools such as Visio.
• Lead user forums and stakeholder workshops to refine requirements.
