Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare, contract)

As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with healthcare clients to understand, refine, and translate requirements related to clinical assessments—specifically those based on the interRAI framework. You will adapt existing assessments within the healthcare platform to meet client needs, configure assessment capabilities, support modifications, and ensure end-to-end testing and validation.

This role requires strong healthcare domain expertise and, ideally, hands‑on experience with interRAI standardized assessments . Working alongside product, engineering, and delivery teams, you will serve as the primary owner of the business domain, ensuring that assessment‑related requirements are accurately defined, technically feasible, and successfully delivered. This is a 10–12 month contract role with the possibility of extension.
