Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Consumer Experience team. Reporting to the Manager of Consumer Experience, you will play a key role in elevating the discovery, purchase and post-purchase journeys and processes that fuel our Digital Retail eCommerce and Omnichannel Experience strategy.
In this role, you will oversee business requirements gathering across multiple consumer‑facing solutions and processes and collaborate closely with teams across the organization to design solutions that elevate the customer experience. You will act as a strategic connector between business stakeholders, digital teams, and technology partners to ensure our consumer journeys and operational workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
