Senior Building Condition Assessor

Job Overview

The Senior Assessor applies building condition assessment processes and technical standards in conducting (specialized) asset assessments, identifying asset condition and deficiencies, and reduces site assessments by 30‑50%. The Senior Assessor supports the Manager/Director to plan and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and requirements. Projects are typically of low to moderate complexity, risk and exposure.
