Position Overview

Senior Brand Designer – IssuedInkCompensation

Starting salary: 5,000,000 COP per month during the initial 90-day probationary period. Following a successful probationary review based on performance, creative quality, consistency, and overall contribution to the Empresa confidencial brand direction, compensation will increase to 6,500,000 COP per month. Performance evaluations will consider: Design quality and aesthetic alignment, Branding and campaign execution, Reliability and communication, Ability to maintain Empresa confidencial’s high-end urban visual identity, Creative contribution and initiative.

Full-time, in-office position based in Medellín, Colombia.
