Become the vibrant face of American Eagle as a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador! Deliver outstanding customer service and spread brand love while assisting shoppers.
You are pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere at AEO where customers can engage deeply with our brand. Your role revolves around using the AEO Selling Model to guide shoppers, while also introducing them to our loyalty program. With a problem-solving approach, you will prioritize guest satisfaction, switching between various tasks on the Salesfloor, in the Fitting Room, and handling Stockroom duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model effectively
• Suggest products tailored to customer needs
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Flex between store areas including Salesfloor and Fitting Room
• Resolve any guest concerns with a customer-first approach
