Job Description

Senior Bilingual Business Analyst to collaborate with UX, design, content manager & technical teams. 
An initial 1 year contract. Possibility of a 1 year renewal. Hybrid 3 days a week in Montreal, QC. 7.5 hour work days 
Responsibilities:
User & Experience Understanding
Conduct user interviews, workshops, and observations
Identify needs, pain points, risks, and success criteria
Maintain strong proximity to end users and stakeholders
Business & Process Analysis
Analyze Client Space needs related to loan lifecycle
Document as-is processes (flows, rules, exceptions)
Define to-be target processes
Model processes (journey maps, scenarios, BPMN if needed)
Link user needs, business value, and technical constraints
Agile Delivery Support
Work within an Agile squad
Maintain and refine backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies)
