Senior Automation Engineer, Amazon Logistics Mexico

**DESCRIPTION**:
This role requires experienced and entrepreneurial minded Engineers with combined automation, engineering, planning and analytical skills.
This individual will support automation implementation projects and will partner with Process Engineering teams, Operations leaders, Facilities and Engineering teams to effectively deploy and operate advanced technology across Amazon's last mile network.
This role will be based in Mexico City and involves frequent domestic travel as well as occasional international travel.
You will also partner with WW counterparts to benchmark and support parallel development projects.
Key job responsibilities
- Own automation strategy for MX last mile operations
- Identify process paths to automate based on various factors; labor, cost, safety, performance, etc. working with Process Engineering and Operations partners
